same problem as the first sony i had. now this one, turn on, lens won't come out. 1st i dropped on the rug in livingroom, 2nd sony had it in my pocket fishing, took pictures, came home, turned it on, lens won't come out, buy a third? GETTING EXSPENSIVE. WHATS EVERYBODY ELSE USING FOR A CAMERA?

I also have a sony, and I'm on my 2nd one because my lens wouldn't go back in! I hit it on the side of a sandstone cliff though, so I guess I can't complain. The one I have now gets sand in it from being in my pocket, and that causes some grinding and jamming occasionally. What I try to do is, before it stops working, I hold it face down and zoom in and out, working the sand out as much as I can. The bigger grains tend to fall out. Watch out for those sandstone cliffs though!

thanks, i fiqure with over 300 members i can get insight with what everybody else is using, i might just upgrade to a picture phone since i carry one and leave the good camera home or go with a cheap camera. finally figure how to do pics here and this happens again.

kODAK easy share cx 4300 3.2 mega pixs with loading dock had it for 4 years now user frindly. all the pixs you have seen here where taken with it nice camra for the price. Just got a canon NTSC DC 100 DVD camcorder fits in your palm. Has 25 100 to 1000 zoom sweet camra if i ever learn how to work it
4 Megapixels with the printer dock. Not expensive. Have had for 3 years now no problems.
Hey knot....one thing we all have learned is not to point the camera's at CarzyJoe or Yote. Everyone has trouble with thier cameras after those shots.
