Hunting Camp For Sale

Anyone out there interested or know someone who might be. A friend of mine has a 2 bedroom camp with approx. 70 acres for sale in the middle of deer country in Grafton Vt. The place has been completley re-modled in the last 2 years, new roof, new well, new water heater, new electrical service, new septic, new kitchen, new wrap around deck, new 30'x50' barn,etc. There is a brook that runs through the property.The place is real nice I have been up there several times and have seen bear,deer and turkey while hunting. I think he is asking $500,000.00.

I remember you telling me about it during the outing that place sounds awesome. If I had alot $$$$$$$$$$$$.$$ I would be interested.

I'm going to miss going up there when he sells it. He still has another 30 or so acres going up the mountain on the other side of the road from the camp. He bulldozed a road up to just below the top of the mountain. The view from up there is real nice. He's not sure if he's going to build another place there or buy something on the water in N.H. or Maine. He looked at some land on the 1st Connecticut Lake up on the Canadian Border but figured thats too far to drive for a weekend get away. Nice to have money!!
