Many of us travel to the Conn. River in search of the stripers which make their way to Western Mass. in the spring-time. Say you were fishing for that "cow" striper and you reel in a very rare, migrating salmon. It is pretty much like hitting the lottery as far as I am concerned. Well, basspro8 and his father-in-law had a blast catching respectable stripers. Then basspro's father-in-law hooked and landed a beautiful salmon (which was released quickly and safely!). A huge congrats goes out to basspro8 for winning this weeks "Report of the Week" and for adding one heck of a story to MaAnglers endless list!Thumbsup
