"Announcement's" forum???

I was just trying to reply to the thread in the announcements forum about the stickers and can't. When I hit the reply button a message appears saying that I do not have permission to acces this pageNotsure Why can't we reply to any of the threads in this forum. A while ago I tried to reply to another thread and got the same messageNotsure Is it only for the mod's??

Yes, the announcements section is only for mods or admins to write in.
