Is anyone else sick and tired of this rain. I was able to change my work schedule around this summer to fish alot, a real lot and all it has seem to do is RAIN. Smashhead

I had plans of fishing LIS Wednesday but with a forcast of 25-30 knots winds, and two to four foots seas we scraped those plans. I had plans again to hit LIS on Saturday night into Sunday morning again the wind is gonna be howling 15-30 knots with bigger than average sea's.

On a good note around 4:30 a.m this morning I did get a peak of the sun as it was rising over the eastern horizon. But I think that is gonna be the last of it until Saturday for a brief time, and then possibly Monday it will be out again.

Yeah, the rain ruins most of my favorite fishing plans. Streams are too clouded for trout fishing, and I can't take the canoe out without a sump pump and a lightning rod.

More rain. The Swift is still high, the Deerfield is on a funky release schedule, supposed to go to a clambake tomorrow, might just bag it and drink to excess...

did we even HAVE a spring?

Every time I think I'll be able to get out it starts to rain. This just really sucks. I don't mind getting wet but it makes a mess of the boat getting the carpets all wet.
