The best secret is to fish Horse Pond (thru the culvert to the other side of 202). Other than that, I can only suggest depth. When I'm getting nuttin'
but dinks, I follow the weeds out till they drop from sight, and start fishing from there

I fish that lake alot with my friends boat (16 ft). We just fish the docks and get a bunch of largemouths. So far when I went out with them this year I have only gotten small bass like you said around 10". However they went there the other week and murdered the bass one night about 2 weeks back. I usually use senkos hooked wacky style or rapalas. You will catch a lot of pickeral there they are all over the place. You can also troll for trout in the lake behind the island back there where the water drops off. Ill get more information once I talk to my friends and then I will post it up.

Hit it today from 7:30 am - 1:30 pm. Water temp was a steady 60 degrees with fairly clear water. Caught rainbows, bass, crappie, bluegill and, of course, pickeral. Rainbows, crappie and bluegill on 1/16 oz. curlys, bass on hard jerks and drop-shots. Pickeral hit anything you'd care to throw. Everything was small. Large powerboaters started arriveing at noon, making a decent day turn to crap - as usual here. Love to do some night time bassin' here though :)
