Posting small pictures under the report?

I got the add pics to report figured out, the avatar working, but I can't get the drift of posting smaller pics as a signature. How does one make the pixel count low enough? Or am I doing something terribly wrong here?

i just used the resize funtion on photobucket and sized the picks down to avatars, thats how i got mine up

OK, stupid arse here again. I got the pics re-sized, in photobucket, now how do I get them into my CP?

I tried using "Signature, I do not see an attachment button, I tried profile, it only accepts one at a time?. Do I just paste them into the text box?
