After writting a post

and submitting it, many times its says I am not logged in, but I am logged in. My post meanwhile is erased from the box I was typing in, anyone run into this. Smashhead Its not a big deal but I had just made a lengthly post, and I was logged in and I don't have time to re write tonight.

It has happened to me to on more than one occasion. What I do now is copy it to a word document then log in to be safe.

If it's long I now put it in a word document and copy and paste.

Sounds like a security setting on your pc. It may not be allowing cookies to show that you are logged in when you post.

Sorry guys about this. I came across this last night too while I was writing a post. I need to change the settings about how long a person is logged in for after they are inactive. I think right now its five minutes so ill make it unlimited. Sorry again.

Interesting. I don't have that option on my software. Is that a global change on your end or can it be changed to a "user defined" parameter?

When it first happened I was upset with myself. I thought I had forgot to sign in but by the third time I was about to throw the computer out the window into my little pond. Thanks for fixing the issue. Computers are like fish sometimes they don't want to cooperate. Grinning1
