Tac, it looks like you found the "father-load" so to speak. Good luck on finding them during the hunt. Nice camera work. Got to get me one of those someday.

You are not going to believe me but...nothing! This camera is setup between a bedding area and a alphafa field. Its on a flat section in a recent selectively cleared swamp (recent meaning within the last 5 years). There are many runs coming off the mountain into this swamp outside of the alphafa field...and needless to say I have finally found where all the runs meet. Plus it helps that there are a ton of acorns on the ground in this area and a brook just 10 yards past the big pine tree in the pictures. It is a great spot for the deer to stop and feed/drink on there way to the bedding areas. Most of the pictures are between 4 and 5am...meaning the deer are heading out of the fields, utilizing this run, on there way to the bedding areas!

I plan on moving some cameras up near some predicted bedding areas to see if I can figure out which bedding areas the big boys may be using? We will have to see!

Like I tell everybody...I like to have alot of trail cams so I buy the cheap-o's. They are the Stealth Cams that use the 35mm film. I swear by them you just need to know how to use them. People claim that they have a slow reaction time with taking the picture...I claim they don't know how to set them up at the right angles to capture good pictures. At $30 a pop you cant beat them...I own four. My 35mm takes better pictures than my brothers $120 digital trail cam.

Need a partner when you hit the woods? It looks like you've found a real nice spot. Hopefully the pattern holds into the season.
