Should be pretty easy to get a job with that license. When I look in the help wanted sections of the papers they seem to be loaded with jobs for drivers both local and long hauls.

Congrats on getting your license and good luck with the job search.

The trouble is when you get a CDL license nobody wants to hire you because you have no " Commercial driving experience" no mater how long you have been driving with no accidents or speeding tickets. You can find work out there but it may not be what you want to do, but just hang in there and get a year or two under your belt then you can go anywhere. That's what i found to be true. I first got my license and nobody wanted to hire me so I took a job pumping septic tanks for 2 years with a 3500 gallon 10 wheel tanker, got tanker experience. I moved on to 10 wheel dump truck and then into class A trailer dumps and low bed heavy hauling. Just hang in there and remember that your driving record and piss have to stay clean.
