View Full Version : Corn!?
Have gone to a couple of local, West Springfield area, farmers stands to get some fresh sweet corn. Most are around 6:00 a dozen Mad1 and the size of the ears are smaller than a parrot's pee pee! What1 Hell, take the corn off the cobs and they wouldn't fill 1 can of Green Giant niblets!Eyeball Roller
Has anyone found good corn, a decent size?Notsure I'll pay $6 a dozen MachineGun if they are decent size and good. Location, prices, size and quality suggestions appreciated.Thanks1

Going out on 116 in South Hadley going toward Granby / Amherst in the long straightaway, there's a sign at a side street on the right that says Corn $4 dozen, $12.50 5 dozen. Price seems right. Is that anywhere near you?

My buddies wifes family owns a vegetable farm in Greenfield. Butynski's Farm....they have the best vegetables/corn around. They have about 4 different kinds of corn. I go there with $10 and have enough veggies for the week. Worth the drive if your out for a ride!
