Tournament Force is authorized but I have here 2 horor stories about them. 1 is still going on and the trolling motor is 1 year old. Gatorbait has his trolling motor there as we speak. They have had it for 2 months. Finally he got a call and was given the run around. Now we are leaving for Lake Champlain this week and he still using my backup trolling motor. How can they justify having a 1 year old trolling motor scratch that he bought a new boat in the fall. 6-9 month old trolling motor for 2 months and saying that the trolling motor needed serious repair. Why can't they call the manufacturer and plead the case for an new one. After all the are AUTHORIZED...
I know of another one that they forgot to but the silicone sealant around the builtin transducer on a buddies before he went to 1000 islands. Now how would one be able to fish Lake Ontario for 5# Smallies in 25-50' of water with no front depth finder.. Sorry you'll have to bring it back in for repaor and a new transducer....?
I would and still due by my tackle from them Mike Kane is a nice guy. 2 years ago when I got my first bass boat I had a problem with my trolling motor. I called around and they called me back and said bring it down. I drove the whole boat down to him. He replaced the circuit board and the foot switch in 2 hrs in his driveway when he ran it out of his house.. I was totally impressed and told everyone I knew, but know with the store becoming what it has grown to I would and will not bring my trolling motor repair to them..
Extreme bass in New Hampshire will fix it the same day from what I have been told.
I'm sorry for the long rant but they have lost my confidence with the repair division. Plus it is fishing season and all of the associates within Tournament Force are fishing...Grinning1Grinning1Grinning1
