Been busy glued to the tv screen watching my favorite sports team play this year. This team is ona roll. Damon??? Who needs Damon. We are doing better than we were last year. Im still a little upset wiht the Arroyo trade for Mo Pena but what cna you do. I got Bronsons autograph 2 years ago. Im still Hoping to catch a couple games this year at Fenway.

Too bad they couldn't take care of Tampa last night. Wake needed run support and got nothing. The bats just weren't hot like the night before. Stern did a tremendous job filling in for Crisp the past week or two. It will take a while for Pena to learn how to play right field.

Bassriverdoormatt, I agree with you about last nights game. Its too bad that the run support wasnt there for the knuckle baller Wakefield. As for Pena, playing in Boston is a very tough place. Renteria had a very hard time adjusting last year because he was faced with all this pressure to perform good. The pressure was a little too much for him and he didnt really have as good a season. Now back in the National League with the Braves he is hitting great again although hes out right now with a rib cage injury.

Wasn't able to watch the game on TV last night instead I had to opt for the radio. I hate listening to radio broadcasted games. But we had a little excitment in the last inning. Bases loaded and Tampa Bay picture was struggling until they changed. Oh well we will get them next time.
