saturday morning

anybody heading out, if so where and when? im looking to get out with a couple of people.

I'm picking up "Bob" from the forum and we will be hitting 43 the big side.

I was out earlier in the week. Smallies are going deep. We will be anchoring in various spots and vertical jigging or drop shotting plastics. Of course there will be 2 poles over the side with crayfish. On Tuesday there were only dinks along the shore. Only decent fish I got was in around 35-40 feet of water on a crayfish...3LB 10 OZ. Gave me one on the best fights I ever had from a "Q" smallie.

I'm going to stay local during the day on Saturday. For the evening (5:00 to dark)I'm thinking about Sherman Pond or Holland Pond. Anybody want to hop in the boat with me for the evening? Send a pm and I'll firm up the details. I'd like to head out to Rutland Ma. area early(leave B-town 3:30 am) Sunday morning to hit Long Pond off rt 122. If anyone wants to get up that early and take a ride with me shoot me a pm I have room in the boat. Will probably fish till about 9-10 am home before noon.
