I Installed My New Humminbird Yesterday. It Took Me 5 Hours Doing It Solo As I Had To Remove The Old One First. Under My Floor I Have Plastic Tubes To Run Wiring And Transducer Wires Seperatly. The Bad Part Is That I Had To Drill A Hole In The Floor In Order To Put The New One On The Steering Console.when I Was Done I Put The 1 2/3 Inch Plug Back Into The Hole With A Notch Cut Into It For The Transducer Wire. The Rerouting Is What Took All The Extra Time. Next Part Is To Run The Transducer Wire For The Bow Mount Trolling Motor. Rofl I Bet My Son Don't Help Me With That Either. Such Is Life

where do you get those black plugs, I have to do the same thing

which plugs do you mean ?????????? i used a hole cutter then screwed a piece of tin to it and stuffed it back in the hole it came out of. or did you mean the wire saver plugs to pass the wire thru ?
