View Full Version : Patriots
What a disapointment last nights game was. Turnover after turnover  . If they had won they would have home field advantage now. What a way to end a season. I sure hope the Seahawks go on to face Pittsburg in the SuperBowl.
Well I can't say that I agreed with every call in that game but if you turn the ball over that many times you deserve to get beat. I also enjoyed watching the Colts vs. Pittsburg game this weekend. Thought the Colts would be in the Super Bowl but what do you know.

yea i agree with your prediction as well. Im a Broncos fan but im a home town guy and i love the patriots.I was going for the 3 peat..and i didnt want to see brady ever lose a playoff game. But the fact of the matter is...the pats had the game to win and flat out stunk up the joint..and denver lucked out not only in that game..but the other as well.Indy would have raped them for a 3rd straight time in the playoffs. They are too complete of a team..and pitt just flat out outplayed them. This upcoming weekend should be exciting.I have given some interesting stats to look at for the denver pitt game in my NFL Posting...i will be posting on there regularly to help prepare for my sports analysis career..feel free to respond..

No way Denver will win that game against Pittsburg unless Pitt hands it to them like the Pats and the refs did last week. Anyone could see that "Jake the fake" and the Denver offense could not even move the ball against the Pats. Its easy to score when turnovers and bullchit calls by the refs give you the ball on the one yard line. The first Td, 40 yards in two plays with the BS 39 yard interference penalty. Next Field goal 4 plays 7 yards, Next TD 1 play 1 yard, next td 3 plays 15 yards. Seeing a pattern here?

I can understand where youre coming from but the simple fact that you said there is no way just proves you have no idea what you are talking about.I was just gonna leave these notes in my other posting but i guess you didnt read it...lets let the stats and history do the talking for a minute...
Pittsburg steelers are heading to the Mile High City of denver colorado to face MY 13-3 denver broncos. The team that has had one of the most unnoticed consistent seasons in many years. This should be a great game as both teams look very close statistically. Both teams have averaged 24 points a game and given up an average of 16 points defensively. In terms of yardage denver averages nearly 40 yards a game more than pittsburg, who still averaged a respectible 321.8 yards a game.Where this game will be decided is most likely the turnover department.Denver had a +20 trunover differential this season, second best in the NFL(Pittsburg only had a +7). And it was clear from there dethroning effort of the New England Patriots last weekend...that Denver takes advantage of the mistakes they cause. Look for them to cause the still young Roethlisberger into making mistakes with there formidable defense this sunday. The Broncos have never lost a championship game when they were in Denver. A 4-0 record. They also have a coach who has won 2 super bowls on there sideline. They will be well prepared for this game. This will be a clear cut coaching duel, and Pittsburg has only won 1 of there last 5 appearances in championship games. But it will no doubt be a great game.

The fact that denver got the pats to turn the ball over is no fluke. They have done it all season consistently.True the Steelers pose a threat with there running game that not many teams pose...but denvers run defense has proved they can shut the run down on a consistent basis.Unlike the Patriots in the last game, the steelers rely on the run a great deal, although the steelers showed that they can pass as well. But the fact that Roethlisberger is still a young quarterback...you can be sure that denvers blitz tactics will confuse him tremendously as they had done to Brady last weekend.Sorry buddy but you should look into the facts before you go into your nonsensical rants like that.I can tell you all the reasons why denver can win, though im not gonna be stupid and guarantee it...pittsburg has looked very impressive and i think it is a tossup..whoever wants it more will win...and denver has the cards in there favor. The trick is playing there cards right.<!-- / message --><!-- edit note -->
