Never shot a Winchester...I am a browning and Remington fan. I love my Remington 870 for turkey season!

While I'm sad to see Winchester closing - at least Ithaca is being reopened. I think the Mod 37 is a great gun and is perfect for getting "wrong handed" people into shotguns. I'd really like to get one in 16ga. Of course, a Winchester Mod 12 in 16ga would be nice too.

I've had a '65 870 Wingmaster for 20 years now. I've never had a problem with it, cycles smooth as glass and feels like a part of me. I've started going to other guns, but I know that when I need to use a gun that will go bang every time, Old Faithful comes out of the safe.
