I tried this the other night with some freshly caught stockie bows and it was awesome, tasted like lobster.
1. Start with some fresh fillets, skinned. The y-bones get soft when boiled and you cant even tell if they are there.
2. Fill a pot of water and add a generous amount of salt and any spices that you want( I used Bay leaves, and a bunch of other dried spices.)
3. Boil the fish for around 10 min or a little longer, it will be done when it flakes apart.
After its done break apart the fish feeling for bones(shouldnt be any, they get softened from being boiled)
4. Melt some butter in a small dish and drizzle it over the fish.
