Just took a long road trip with my buddy down to anglers choice marine in martinesville VA and bought a 2000.triton tr21 with a 225 johnsonHO single counsole. took 10hrs and 3tanks of gas on way down 2006 chevy 2500HD 6 liter engine 1,500 miles on it(26gal tank) averaged 20.5 mle a gallon. of course first tank went dry right at cabella"s how ironic. On the way home 11 hrs and a 45min traffic jam and averaged 18 miles to the gallon pulling the boat. All I know is I will never buy anthing else but this truck it's the work package with the 4WD on the floor heavier suspension and tow package.we averaged roughly 75miles an hour on the way home And didn't even relize there was anyhting behind you in tow. Anyway's hope warm weather comes soon because i'm itching to take this baby out. I'll post pics later today.

Congrats on your new boat. We all know that while it may seem like forever, there is about another six weeks of cold weather and then it will get a bit warmer, the ice will melt and then one day late May early June it goes up to 85 degrees or so and wonder why didn't we a spring season again. At least that the way it seems to happen the last several years.
I do hope you enjoy your boat this year and many more to come.
