How many people sight fish?

I dont have a boat but was curious on the number of people that actually sight fish. Ive used polarized glasses a few times in my friends row boats to find some lunker bass and then flip some rapalas at them. I think its an effective wasy of fishing. Question1

i do when the water is clear. i love it, u can see the fish take it and set the hook.

I've found it to be an exercise in frustration. I'll either spook 'em, or short strike or wait too long. If I see a nice size one, I'll try to get away a little bit and cast so that I know it'll see it, but I'll still be surprised. Not to mention that it drives me nuts when you can see them looking everything over and swimming away, if I wanted rejection I'd be hitting on women!
