Not your typical story I guess. This past September, I went on a trip with my stepfather to Nerthern Quebec on a Caribou hunt. It was a great time. I posted some pictures, check 'em out. There were 6 of us total and things werent looking good at first. We went two days without seeing anything. Then the Bou started moving in. My step father shot one on day three. Then I got my two on day four and he got his last one too. Everybody eventually ended up tagging out, although we two guys had to be flown out to a different camp. I would totally recommend this trip to others. It really was the trip of a lifetime. It was through Labrador Outdoors. If anybody is interested let me know and I can get you the information.

It tasted awesome the first day. Our guide, Sam, cut up some back strap with salt pepper and onions (which we had flown into camp just so he could make this dish, haha). But since I've taken it home, it just isn't the same out of the freezer. I plan on making sausage and jerky out of most of it.
