Swordfish, cod, flounder, snapper, Mahi Mahi (Dolphin), trout, the occasional striper, Tuna are just some of mine.

fluke haddock cod in that order take fillet onion garlic powder lemon juice each side of fillet then crushed ritz cracker on top and thin slices of butter on that and another squeeze of lemon juice on top to finish bake 400 15 20 min depending on size of fillet also great on striper :D :D

or smallmouth fillets from ice fishing. Nothing beats them quick fried the same day you pulled them on top of the ice.;)

I also like a lettle beaver on occasion too....as long as it's not too fishy!:D

I dont really ever eat any fish that I catch but occasionally I'll eat a striper when I catch one and sometimes trout. Most of my fish go back for another day.

Walleye, it's the best. I just have to figure out how to catch more of them! Then it has to be swordfish and bullhead.

my friend brought me walleye from lake of the woods MN they are good and very very similar to fluke in taste and aperance :p

would be my first choice, then Mahi Mahi, Striper, farm raised cat fish, and what ever kind of fish I ate in Aruba, it was to die for, but forgot the name!

dogfish....caught some big ones down the cape and My aunts freind is a cook and he made them sooooo tasty.

The bigger blues are real oily, but the smaller ones if cooked fresh are tasty. Try cooking them the same day, it makes all the difference.
