Rently purchased frozen Mahi Mahi fillets at Costco's. For 12 bucks you get 10 individually wrapped fillets, and although they are frozen, they are amazing. I've been bread crumbing them with garlic and lemon and cooking them in a frying pan on low heat, when you put your fork to it, the meat just falls apart. Its really good. I've also baked them, and equally as good...
I saw them last night at costco. I passed as I usually don't care for commercially frozen fish....next time I'll take you up on your recommendation.

I like them blacken, on the grill. Caught a couple of fews a few summers ago in Florida and my father neighbor cook them on the grill. Nothing like fresh blacken phins.

They have some at Stop and Shop in Westfield. I was thinking about picking up some for tomorrow afternoon snack/lunch. If their out of the phins fillets I'll look for some fresh swordfish steaks.
