What types of fishing rod setups do you guys have/prefer to use?

For Surf Fishing I have a 10ft Okuma Solaris with A Penn 6500 on it. I have had great success with this on Nauset Beach.

For freshwater I have a one piece 6 1/2ft Berkeley Lightning Rod with a Pflueger reel on it. The action in this rod is great, it has a very sensitive tip but is also very strong.

Get a Penn!!!!! I honestly am in love with my Penn Reel it is totally reliable and heavy duty. I know people that have the old version spinning reels from Penn from the 1960's and they still work beautifully.
