"This year proved to be another successful hunt" said Trina Moruzzi, Hunt Coordinator. "The hunt again would not be possible without the assistance of the many volunteers, Environmental Police Officers and Quabbin rangers who help with placement of hunters and retrieval of downed deer." Almost everyone saw deer, and two hunters harvested their first deer ever, adding to the overall enjoyment of the hunt. Next year's hunt will be held <st1:date Month="11" Day="1" Year="2007">November 1-3, 2007</st1:date>.
