I have one and love it!! I think it's a fantastic gun for the money. I've put 1000's of rounds through it without a single malfunction. Great way to practice and not spends lots of money.

My honest opinion is this....if your willing to spend right around $400 for a gun I'd go with the Smith and Wesson M&P22 ($419 handgun) for like 20 bucks more. They make a 10+1 round magazine for it so it should be Mass compliant UNLESS the trigger pull isnt enough. I'd give the Shooting Sports Center (413-846-6400) a call and ask them if its Mass compliant yet. Otherwise I'd probably go with something else. I'm around these guns everyday so I know whats good and whats not! I've heard and seen many problems with these guns. Thats why alot of dealers still have them (P22) and would be more than happy to sell you one. Like I said this is MY opinion but I just dont want to see a fellow outdoorsman buy one and get burned. If you dont believe me do a google search for P22 problems. Hope this helped!

I have owned a walther p22 for the last three years and have put in the neighborhood of 8000 rounds through it, with the only problems accuring when i neglected to clean it for a wile and it would jam. for the money its a great .22 pistol.
