Well I picked up my trail cam on Thursday, its a stealth 2 mega pixel, digital camera, with video. I played around with it Thursday night, but by the time I figured out how to use it, it was to late to mount it outside. So I did the next best thing and put it in my house, so when my wife came home from work, I could see what she looked like coming through the front door. It scared the hell out of her, but the flash was to bright to get a picture. Yesterday after work I put it up behind my house, I manage this picture of a tiny deer last night, I'm going to remount today and figure out some more things with the camera...

I adjusted the camera to take 3 pictures 5 seconds apart every 2 minutes. I purchased a 2 gig memory stick that will hold thousands of pictures. The location was changed, the cam was on a tree pointing to the back of my fence, now its on the fence faceing the opening in the gate, and just below the cam is a salt lick, with a pile of corn 8 feet in front of it. The correct time and date should also be working now. About 5 minutes ago from my kitchen window I saw the flash go off 3 times...Its almost like fishing, Can't wait to check out the cam tommorow!!!

Nice, now all you have to do is get one of those bucks in the daylight to cross paths with you.
