Shed Hunting

Since ice fishing is done, and with the rain/fog most of the snow will be gone today. I might get up & go shed hunting in the AM. Better then wet vaccing the basement...
Anybody been out?

been out 3 times. no sheds but found 2 dead deer. one got hit by a car and the other from dogs.

Same here. Been out once and found one dead deer. Coyotes!

Wasn't shed hunting persay but I ran into a dead one this week walking my dogs....picked clean for the most part...I assume yotes too.

Swamp area, I call it the "Big Brown Swamp" West Side side of the pike, where the reservoir cart road cuts close to the pike. They did some pretty heavy cutting in there a couple of years ago. That should pin point if for ya?

I found i nice 8 pointer set last saturday. Was my first complete set found, i was pumped

It looked like you found more than that. pretty exciting, i def have to make more of an effort to get out and try. it also great to see all the deer sign that shows up right now. A few runs i found were beat

yea that was the first time jeremy... i found 3 sets so far. and a single
