2nd Annual Fishing SWAP Meet March 20th

I am going forward with the 2nd annual GETYOURLINEWET.COM Fishing Swap meet on March 2Oth. It will be held once again at the Polish Club in Feeding Hills Ma. I will hold the event from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.. I will have table space for rent @ a price of $30.00 per table. I will also have space outdoors for boats @
$ 30.00 per space for the day. This is one event you must check out for selling and buying as we had a blast last year and many folks sold a ton and made some cash to boot. I am hoping to sell out of table space quickly so if you are interested please call me to reserve your space.

Thanks for the Kudos folks, the club will have a full kitchen open including a great a b-fast menu. I have 8 tables sold in 3 phone calls it will be sold out with some great vendors again this year I can not wait!!!

Things are going very well with renting the tables.... I have less than 10 tables left to rent currently we have over 30 quality Tackle and Hunting vendors (34 tables at this point). If anyone wants to off load their tackle now is the time to lock in March 20th will be here before you know it.

I rented 3 tables, I will have many cod jigs, lots ant lots of quabbin stuff, T spoon lures (300 of them ) moose looks , speedy shinners, Dave davis rigs, streamers, small stick baits, many dogers, rods, salt and fresh,lots of big lake stuff for salmon, and BT also hunting stuff, should be a great event looking forward to meeting some of you, tell me you are on MAANGLER and I will give you a deal...........ADAM

I have 40 confirmed tables rented by vendors. There will be a good mix of old new used custom bait makers boats new and used (need more used boats for sale contact me) I will have a small waiting list so if anyone decides they can not make it I will fill the space.

Folks I just made a follow up phone call to my local Polish Club and the news was not good. I am told due to repairs at the back hall of the club they are not renting this space until the mid-end of April. As most of you know I try and hold this event around late March. So I am faced with either making this event in April or taking the year off. I have no problem changing the date but I would rather not invest the time and energy to have it at the wrong time of the year and have it flop. When I held the first 2 events I along with many friends used the Ice events and sport show to spread the word about the event. Maybe some suggestions would help as I am behind the eight ball on this and I apologize. The other suggestions I have received from my close fishing friends are Change the date and or change the location. The first is workable the second comes with many new problems like location central to many and who is willing to host for almost free.... The rental fee needs to be considered due to the free door charge and low cost to vendors.
Thanks to all that attended the first 2 shows I promise they will not be the last. Any and all suggestions welcome as I need a good gage of what direction to turn on this.

The wife and I attended the swap meet last year and truly enjoyed it and were able to make a couple of purchases. We also got meet a couple of other die hard swap meet followers and had a great day. Hope you reconsider and give it a go. All the vendors were great.

I checked with my dad. The Ludlow Elks is no good for a Sunday due to bingo, But he recommended the Unity A.C. as probably being cheap. The hall is a decent size. Located in Ludlow across from the Ludlow Mills on State Street. About 5 minutes off exit 7 of the pike. 583-6713. There is also the Ludlow Polish Club on East Street in the same neighborhood, not sure on the rates.

Just a brain fart: Treasure Town Flea market got pushed out of the mills a few months ago with the upcoming redevelopment plans. Maybe you could rent their space for a day if WestMass would let you?
