Smile1 Just found this sight. Live in western Mass. After 35 odd yr.s hunting in Ma.,Vt., + N.H. was talked in to trying Ct. this yr. Glad I did, their season opens 15th of sept. my first time out the second sat. of the season my buddy bagged a small doe. , 2nd. time in my tree I nailed a 4pt.er at 98 lbs. third sat. missed a nice doe, she was with a similar sized doe, also spotted a fishercat down that way. ( no, it wasn't you Bo BO ) forth weekend i got another 98 lb.er this time a doe. the next time down my buddie's son's friend whacked a 8 pt.er at 180 lbs. this past sat. was a wash out. will miss this sat. as I'll be in Texas Chill1 for race weekendBeerchug what I like about Ct. is you get 4 bow tags two of which maybe used for either sex,the other two are for does only, so if your lucky you could get four doe's. I get two more tags for rifle, these are for private land , I got one more for state land muzzle loader for a total of seven tags. Good luck out there, Thumbsup
