<HR style="COLOR: #000000" SIZE=1><!-- / icon and title --><!-- message -->Yote, Knotreally, and I took a 3 day trip to the Cape Cod Canal, with Knot acting as guide. We started fishing Friday afternoon from 3:30 til around 7 through the worst of the wind and rain as the front came through. I caught three schoolies on a Knucklehead. Knot followed up with another schoolie just before we left on cut bait.

Saturday we fished from 9am til 11am then again from 3pm til 730. Yote got on the board with a schoolie in the afternoon session fish came on a rubber jig. Lot of fishing for just one fish. Smashhead

Here is what we woke up to on Saturday morning in the back yard. Breakfast anyone?

This is the sunset that ended the day for us on Saturday. This is a picture of the railroad bridge that goes up and down for the boats to pass underneath. While we were there we got to see the bridge come down and a train come across. Normally the bridge is in the up position.

Sunday started the day around 8:30 and we fished until around 11:30. Knot got a schoolie on a jig, gave me an idea, so I put on a jig with a pink finnish fish and got 4 schoolies in 45 minutes. Grinning1YikesSmile1

This is the last fish I caught Sunday morning.

Bow1Thanks to Knot for a fantastic 3 days. He's a heck of a guide (canal rat).

The canal is a busy place - here is a VERY large tug we saw Saturday afternoon.
