Add Montreal Roasted Garlic Chicken season on the pheasant or pheasant's
Place bird or birds in a cooking dish/glass. Add two cans of cream of mushroom soup smoothering the Pheasant. Cook at 325 degrees for a hour and a half.
Last half hour cook some Wild Rice and enjoy.

try this one. salt and pepper the breasts - sear quickly with oil and butter over med-high heat - remove from pan - add to pan 1/2 cup of chopped onion - cook till translucent add thyme and 1/2 cup of dried cranberries(you can use almost any type of fruit or berries) saute for a couple minutes - add a 1/2 cup of stock - return breasts to pan and simmer till breasts are cooked thru and sauce thickens -enjoyBeerchug

Might try that one today later one I have a couple of breas from the pheasant that is.
