I do the fun part (well actually twice :p ). When we are at the Cape, I go out during the day and catch a good size striper. I only keep one every month or so but when I find the right one or hungry for striper i bring it back to my parents cottage. Ill fillet it and my mom cooks it up. She puts on a type of breadcrumb (ritz crackers) on it and then cooks it in the oven. It comes out so good. HMMMMM Im hungry just thinking about this right now. Bring on the Summer ;)
