what are you paying for boat storage?

jeeps, $20 per foot? is that for the whole winter? so a 20" bass boat with engine sticking out and trailer tongue would be about 25' long or $500.00?, Swimbait, it is in a barn behind my families farm that I am moving into. it is a tobacco barn with 4 doors on it, the 12" planks on the side all swivel open so if someone wanted to get in, it would be very easy. I would have my Lawyer draw up a release so I am not responsibile if someone breaks in or if the place catches fire and burns down! but I will also have $2 mil of coverage just in case. I would make sure all boats had power disconnected. It is in Sunderland anyways where there is hardly any ( non college student) crime. I would ( and do) leave my boats in there. SH- can you access your boat once it goes in and can you get it out anytime you want?

Gary, I just read a notice in there while i was getting parts for my work tractor. The note did say for the "season" which i beleive went from October 16- April 15th.

I can access my boat with a 24hr notice.

Getting it out might be chore but I tend to be the LAST one to bring my boat in (Dec 31) so I'm close to the door, and I'm usually the 1st out around march 1st. Not a bad deal.
