I thought it was a money saveing move.

it was a money and 9-11 move. during the week after the main rush in the beginning it slows down to about 15-20 rigs during the week on any given day and once summer comes along it drops even less. i believe the 9-11 move was because the extra security for the few who use it during the week wasn't cost effective and it was easier to close it for the two days. remembering that this is a water supply and they will shut this down in a minute if they think the water is at risk. my opinion. just saw the new title fisher, CONGRATS.

Thanks Knot, I am glad that Quabbbin Officials have decided to open it up for the entire week. Alot of the days I wanted to go but it was closed. I have only one other day to fish it during the week.

The fisher will be a regular customer come this spring,summer, and fall. You are always invited on the boat.
