Whats your favorite Type of tree Stand

I fell in love with my climber API Grandslam. I talked a couple of my buddies into buying them as well. Pretty durable have had it for a while and although I like it the only down fall it the seat.


But we are looking to upgrade next year and buy a couple of those permanent ladder stands with the big platforms. Would like to get some video coverage of a couple of hunts next season. To share with everyone.

I have a summit, xiper x5 this is my first year hunting, guy was really helpful at the ktp in maine. Fast to climb anmd lite...but im not that experienced yet so...

I have three by Bear River that i bought several years ago. Don't think they still make 'em. Great stands - NO side cables. Rock solid when you get 'em in a tree. Comfortable enough for a long sit.
