Hi Guys,
Thanks to all who participated in providing input via voting and/or comment about the Photo of the Month Contest. I believe I forgot to put a time limit for the poll period, but I assume that most have voted by now. The results show an overwhelmingly support for the creation of a kid's winner in addition to an adult winner each month. In addition, it was a dead split between having moderators select photos to be voted on (which is what is currently done now) and having members submit their own photos. I would like to try and have members submit their own photos as this way photos won't be missed. If this doesn't work out then we can always switch it back to moderators looking for photos. I'm going to make a new sub-forum dedicated solely to the Photo of the Month Contest so that the thread for the submissions doesn't get "bumped" down.
