Not scouting but I had to go to Westhampton for work the other day, to a quarry in the middle of the woods and they were gobbling like crazy. Started making some purrs, clucks and yelps with my mouth and had them going nuts Thumbsup

Watched one big strutting tom, two jakes and three hens near Outlook Farms this evening off of Southampton Rd in Westhampton. All healthy looking birds.

The Big Birds Are Really Starting To Pick It Up...... Saw Alot Of Mature Toms In The Same Places We See Them Every Year....... Gobbling Hard On The Roost... They Hit The Ground And Shut Up...... Lots Of Hens........

Nice, can't wait. If the striper bite isn't in full swing you can bet I will be trying for a bird.

Seen some birds in all the usual spots, cant wait! Hopefully the one my dad didnt pull the trigger on last year is still around, just a freak of a bird.

Went out today, but we didn't see any. Have seen birds in the usual spots like buckmanjr said but no goobleing or other action yet.
