just got home, the place was a zoo. I bought a Cabelas Prodigy casting rod. 49.99 down from 99.99 I put a Daiwa Exceler reel on it, not top quality but one of the best I could get under a 100 bucks with a left hand retrieve, it has 9 ball bearings pretty smooth for 80 bucks. bought a couple plastics and a neoprene reel cover for the new spinning reel i bought last week. my wife is gonna kill me...

Well I spent big bucks today at Cabelas. I bought 2 of those tourney trail rods they had on sale, nice rods too, I bought 2 reels to go with them. I got the Cabelas tournament zx reels, there nice too. I bought some many packages of plastic baits, striper pulgs, I got one of those walking platforms for the boat trailer, 2 tubes of the berkley gulp, and so on..... I spent about 450 today. My wife is not so happy today, but I am..........
