There definitely could be some legal issues when involving money in a deer contest. It would probably be wise to limit it to braggin rights or for some type of trophy or plaque. On hunting chat we have a plaque that is passed on to from last years winner to the next each year for this very reason.

Alright, We will see what we can do about a plaque. There fairly cheap to do.
