So I decided to go home get some food in me and head back out to the river to try for some trout!!! Of course I head to my favorite river, the DeerfieldBow1 . I start off using a Thomas Boyount (gold speckled) and get quite a few hits but land nothing. Then I sitch over to a spinner bait hook with a small piece of worm on it and just enough weight to keep it down in the current...holy crap all hell broke loose! I land about 8 trout all around a 12" to which I returned all to the water! I decided if I got anything of size I would keep it for my gram! Well I landed two nice rainbows both about 16". They put up a really good fight! What a great afternoon...beautiful weather and some good old fishing! Gotta love the Deerfield River!Beerchug
