I caught this fish on February 21, 2006. I caught it on a small/medium shiner in 5 feet of water (8 inches of ice). It is by far the largest pickerel I caught yet. It was just under 30" in length...don't know the weight but it was fat! It was caught at Cranberry Pond in Sunderland. :eek: :eek: :eek:

that is a nice size pickerel. i haven't caught one that large in a while. used to catch them that size at east indies pond. hope you didn't tear your finger up on the teeth holding it like that. if it gave one good flip you need stitches

I wanted a really nice lengthly shot of the Pickerel (my best catch this year) and felt the finger would be worth it...I have ten for a reason! Ha ha ha

http://photos.maanglers.com/albums/userpics/10007/thumb_becket%20x2%20013.jpg (http://photos.maanglers.com/displayimage.php?album=topn&cat=0&pos=5)this is the smallmouth i caught at becket on the weeknd of the 19th. i caught it on a small (orange) jig head with a meal worm. i was jigging in a bout 8-10 feet of water with light weeds on the bottom.. the fish was 19 inches i didnt weigh it but it was real fat..probably in the 4 or 4 1/2 pound range..bigger pictures of the fish are in the picture gallery..

u must be 12 feet tall if thats 30 inches.
