Try this while watching the game Sunday. It's easy and goes over big!

1 small onion
1 can crab meat (drained)
1 large package cream cheese
In a food processor, finely chop onion, add cream cheese, pulse to process again.Add crab meat and quickly process for a few seconds.
Dill weed and paprika may be added for extra color.
Place in a pie pan type dish and bake at 350F for approximately 20-25 minutes or until well heated through.
Serve with crackers or pieces of sourdough bread.

Variation: Shrimp may be used instead of crab.
You can also add a couple splashes of hot sauce if you like.Beerchug

Sounds great! I'm going to make it tomorrow night for the lady-friend. I put cheese on everything. Would it be a bad idea to put it on this?

I made it last night. Before putting it in the oven I wasn't too optimistic about it. After I took it out and put some on slices of french bread I was extremely impressed. I ate the whole thing. Easy to make and tastes great. I also made the crock pot roast. Great appetizer with a great meal. Thanks for the recipes!
