BooYah baits..(swim'n jig)

hit Dicks today, they had a big sale on all fishing gear, i picked up a few booyah "swim'n jig", has anyone used these before? i have never used a jig before, whats the best retrieval with a jig like this? also picked up some Yamamoto senkos.
