Not sure if this is an option for you or not, but have you considered NOT carpeting? The new "Rhino" linings they are putting in boats now are really neat. Have it in my Crestliner. Soft, quiet and extremely durable. It will never rot or look dirty (spray it clean each trip). Just a thought. Mine came with it so I don't know where you'd go to have it done, but you could find it in the Yellow Pages, I'm sure. If carpeting is the way you need to go, then I'd call a few marina's and ask where they would have it done - but I wouldn't go "through" a marina. Way too costly. They all think people are made of money!

i have a tracker, under the carpet is wood, so i don't think you could use the spray on liner on it, so i think i have to use carpet.

Mack that rhino coating can be put on almost anything it dosent bond too well with smooth plastic, rough up the plastic and it bonds. it is now being used in truck beds and I think J.C. Whitney auto parts catalog lists it. How handy are you ,be honest. There is no reason if you are handy that you can not install a new carpet yourself. You just have to pick a lot of minds and be ready to read a lot. If someone else can do it you could too. Its not surgery.

there is a guy in south hadley. the place is called Seangs, its on 116. he does great work.
In WEst Springfield might do something like this. They make a ton of great covers for folks boats, I've had three. There is little difference between carpeting and custome covers....basics would be the same.
