Kevin Skinner is an outstanding performer, but I don't believe he is the country bumpkin he would like you to believe. During his back stage clips he looses, momentarily, his accent. He is extremely confident. My impression is that it is a "put on", and a take off on Susan Boyle to gain more attention. Time will tell, I may be wrong

Recently a political forum was added. It has at this moment 248 threads, 150 have been started by you. Do you think you are the most knowledgeable person on this site?. Try sharing your knowledge and experiences of the outdoors. I think Capt. Shay does a great job of sharing his knowledge and experiences of the outdoors on this site. If you were to share as much as the Capt. does, it will make this a better site for which it was originally intended. In conclusion, you do not know as much as Capt. Shay in regard to the great outdoors.

Thread was about a song...The Capt turned it political and personal. And actually the obsession is on the Capts part. He replys to most of my posts with personal attacks.

As far as the political forum goes...to bad I am over-posting in your opinion. Most of those posts are backed up with links to the news articles. Do I think I am more knowledgable than others on this site? Nope. Just putting things in the political forum so some folks might get a hint about what is going on in this country. And that is what the political forum is for. It always amazes me how folks get indignant about what what others post and say when they don't even have to read or listen to others....but they just can't keep away....pretty adolescent attitude if you ask me. Would you like to set a limit on the number of posts I can put in there? Liberals do like to have total control of others and want everyone to live up to thier standards...I understand where you are coming from.

As far as the Capts work goes...he has cast aspersions on my line of work. Would be interesting to know what he does for a living, if anything.

If you really look at my posts in the politics forum I have never initially attacked anyone else on this forum (except seabass)....but come at me and I'm coming right back at ya. Liberals, and you know who you are, don't like to debate on the basis of facts...you operate with feelings and when facts, news articles and opinions are in opposition to your feelings you attack the messenger.....it is the liberal modus operandi. I'll be the first to admit, I hate country music (and still do), but this dude has some serious talent. Now I am also very cynical about these so-called "reality" shows and wouldn't doubt it if his background was a complete hoax. IMO 90% of these shows are scripted. Doesn't matter, either way - THAT GUY CAN FLAT OUT SING.
