With all this rain it's been real tough fishing the Ct river in Ct on the way to 7 from work from shore. Started looking for new spots to hit when the river finally drops. Came across the Canal Park at the Enfield Dam, pretty interesting area nice Bike / Walking Trail. Took a few pictures, looks like an interesting area to try to fish when the water levels return to normal or low.

Sweet pictures. Should have carried a little fishing pole! That dam looks like a nice hole.

the canal is good for largies and smallies just tuff to find spots thru the brush and when the river drops the fishing from the shore can be fantastic if you go into windsor locks that is where the canal ends try the north side out behind the old montgomery bulding that is where the bike path starts

Thanks for the comments, if I'm not fishing or rarely catching I'm taking pictures. alot of nice areas around when you can get away from the trash.
