15' Starcraft fishing boat!!

well, we have out grown this one, i want to move up to a basstracker, so i'll see what happends with this.
1989 15' starcraft semi-V.
brand new seats.
Eagle 320 fishfinder.
2 brand new oars.
2 storage bins.
2 battries, one for starting and one brand new marine battery for the troller.
Minn Kota 40lb thrust bow mounted troller.
new carpet on the bow.
bilge pump.
new lights.
brand new 6.5 gal gas tank.
and a lot more!!!
the trailer is a tilt bed galv. shorelander.
2 brand new 12" galv. wheels and tires.
guide on rollers, new lights, new winch and more!
the best part!
the motor is a 96 25hp 4stroke Honda, this motor new was almost 4k.
it has a Minn Kota power tilt and trim!
also has electric start!
this boat is FAST and does not leak a drop!
i'm sure i missed a bunch of stuff, but feel free to ask, i have a title for the boat.

jeeps, pickups,etc..etc, i don't think i would split them up, but i'm thinking about $1000 for the Honda, just had the carbs rebuilt and a new impeller done a few weeks ago, all the wiring on the boat is new also, like i said, this boat needs nothing! the only reason i'm selling so cheap, i know its the end of the season, and i can't have two boats.
What are you looking for in trades and how much for just the motor?
