On Fire, anyone been fishing out there lately. Would love to get out there for the salmon fishing that is currently going on but with one vehicle down for repairs still. Hope is all I am holding onto right now. Smashhead

Fisher i went 3 weeks ago to the quabbin at gate 8 and rented a boat there. It was reeeallllly slow, between my father and i we only caught 2 rock bass and a half dozen pumkin-seed. We were there from 6:30am till about 2. There were quite a few boats there in the morning but thinned out towards the afternoon. Not alot of boats out near the barrels at all. If ya do go tho good luck man!

i'm planning on next week either thursday or friday, best weather forecast. i'm going for trout specifically if your interested, lakers with the downrigger, the other half of the boat is open. sept.8 or 9.
