Shad Fishing ?

What else do shad go for besides shad darts? Any help appreciated. I haven't shad fished in about 9 years.

ive seen them caught on mister twister curley tail grubs, but darts are the way to go.

i have caught them on a rooster tail once before

i use

shad darts (with tiny shad dart trailer)
willow leafs (usually behind a dart)
kast masters (small ones)
ice fishing jigs--laugh all you want
and streamers when the water is really low!!
